How Does This Process Work?

Once you have found evidence of a loss at your home or business:

Call your insurance agent to initiate a claim.

Call 256-459-9806 to report your loss to Virotect Restoration. This will initiate the remediation process. Let your insurance agent know you will be using Virotect Restoration for remediation services.

During the remediation process the homeowner/business owner will be offered in house reconstruction/construction services.

The reconstruction team will assess the project, create and send an estimate for approval by insurance on the homeowner/business owners behalf, and work with the homeowner/business owner to complete the restoration process.

The reconstruction team will handle all aspects and phases of the reconstruction/construction project while continuously communicating and updating the homeowner/business owner until completion. The reconstruction team is also well versed in working with homeowners/business owners on any additional and/or self pay (not covered by insurance) items requested by the homeowner or business owner.
