Ross Dyar
President/Co-Owner of Virotect Restoration, LLC
Growing up on a cattle farm, I have always had a love for helping neighbors. Whether trying to beat the rain on a hot summer day or doctoring a sick newborn calf late at night in the snow, no matter the situation, I have always had a special place in my heart for a panic-driven phone call.
Offering help during a crisis is something that I get to do daily here at Virotect Restoration. Many people contact us in a panic, and we get to help them through their entire claims process, teaching them exactly how it works. At times, we are in very somber or sad situations, but Virotect Restoration employees get to use their knowledge and hard work to change the nature of the situation for the homeowner. We have been very blessed with great customers, and you have my word that we will make your hardships turn into a great restoration experience.
Casey Griep
For the first 14 years of my career, I worked in the banking industry serving as a vice president focused on consumer and commercial lending. That experience proved vital as I moved into the restoration industry several years ago. I started out with a national company learning the ropes before I had the opportunity with Virotect Restoration. I have always wanted to own and manage a business and opening Virotect Restoration came at the right time with the right people.
In 2017 when I married my wife Amy (Turner) Griep, I moved to Arab, Alabama. Amy and I have 4 children between us: Zac, Leighton, Olivia, and Landry. I love that Virotect Restoration allows us to serve the community and state that we call home. When a devastating flood or fire happens in someone’s home, I enjoy being able to help people through the crisis, walking them through the insurance process and the restoration of their home. I know it doesn’t completely take the stress away, but it is an opportunity to serve people and meet a need. We are happy to do that.
