Just before Christmas we had a water pipe burst which went unnoticed for several minutes. Our kitchen flooded as well as the basement below. We had extensive damage. Our builder suggested we call Virotect Restoration. Ross and members of his mitigation team were on site that day and began the cleanup; vacuuming up water, setting out dehumidifiers and fans and checking the water content of floors, cabinets and walls every day for the next week or so. Based on the diligence of the mitigation team, we decided to let Virotect handle the rebuild of our kitchen and basement. Their rebuild team was just as diligent, professional and easy to work with as the mitigation team. They did everything we asked of them without question, they came every day and were always on time.
